Hold and Resume:

Any number of sales may be held and resumed.

Exchanges and Refunds:

Single key press changes sale line to refund and vice versa. Refund transaction optionally requires original docket number.

Discount Groups:

Discounts are handled by using discount groups. Discounts may be created as either fixed or variable, dollar or percentage amounts.

Special Prices:

Special prices can be applied to any stock item or customer, along with date ranges for special and clearance lines. Price overrides is available.

Voids and No Sales:

Any line can be voided at any time and entire sales can be cancelled.

Reports:

A wide range of standard reports is supplied, including Sales and Profit reports, Sales by Time, Discounts, Cashouts etc. All reports have comprehensive selection criteria and allows printing to screen, printer, file or CSV format for export to spreadsheets, word processors etc.

Interfaces:

ExpressLane POS can interface with most accounting systems by way of data import and export.

Customer Loyalty Program:

You decide, discount voucher or loyalty points.

Multiple Stores:

On hand quantities, allocated stock etc. for unlimited stores can be viewed at any time. We recommend interfacing to either Arrow or Attache for easy multi-location support.
